As part of The Forensic Access Group (incorporating Forensic Access/IntaForensics/Alecto Forensics and Faraday Forensics) this position will work across all our businesses.

This position will be predominantly office based and part of a corporate and fast paced environment. The chosen candidate will work closely with the business and with the HR team.

The main responsibility of a HR Administrator is to actively support the operation of the HR team in providing an effective and professional HR service.  The job holder helps to provide a key HR Service to the business ensuring that high standards are adopted within all elements of HR.

Our Headquarters

We are based in Grove Business Park, South Oxfordshire which is set in 32 acres of land on the former Grove Airfield site between Wantage and Grove. These offices are an easy commute from areas of Reading, Swindon, Newbury and Oxford.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that you comply with all reasonable management requests and instructions
  • Comply with all and Company policies and procedures including without limitation, those detailed in our quality management system, the Company employee handbook and anything else released of an official nature.
  • Performing file audits to ensure that all required employee documentation is collected and maintained
  • Responsible for the inputting of payroll changes across the group
  • Updating and maintaining employee benefits, such as pension and healthcare
  • Preparing new employee files and coordinate with managers and other departments regarding the new starter
  • Supporting recruitment campaigns with organising interviews, booking rooms and sending recruitment packs to hiring managers
  • Drafting offer paperwork
  • Ensuring vetting checks are administered
  • Completing termination paperwork
  • Maintaining current HR files and databases and ensure the data is kept up to date, including the HRIS

 

We would love to speak to anyone who has the following experience and skills:

Excellent administration skills and ideally previous experience within HR.  Experience with Microsoft software packages (Word, Excel etc.).
