This is an update on our current position and operating model given the COVID-19 situation.
It is our intention to operate on a business as usual model and will do our best to continue to provide a constant level of service. In light of the UK Government’s comments on Monday 16th March, we have been putting measures in place to respond to the current advice.
We have asked our staff to work from home wherever possible in order to inhibit the spread of the COVID-19 and to try and ensure they are not overly exposed. At the current time, most of our staff who are able to work from home are now doing so. We will continue to follow and adjust this situation accordingly and based on the Government daily announcements and recommendations.
Given this, we now have reduced capacity in the office and are requesting that our customers:
In the first instance email all enquiries to us in the usual manner to enable us to better manage and deal with the requirement If it is necessary to call our offices, then please continue to use our usual telephone number ((01235 774870)
The on-call number is still available for use outside of normal office hours. If for any reason you cannot get hold of us on the usual telephone number (above) feel free to use the on-call number (07786 558 554)
Our laboratories remain open and we are continuing to process casework.
Our Business Development Manager, Kendall Platt, will be running a Q&A Webinar on 25th March at 12.30-1.30pm for Solicitors and Barristers to answer any questions you may have in relation to the forensic aspects of your casework in the current situation and to update you on how we can continue to support you.
