Congratulations to the Chartered Society of Forensic Sciences on their 60th Anniversary!

We are pleased to announce that we will be presenting on both days of their Autumn Conference  taking place on 31st October and 1st November in Glasgow, aptly named “What doesn't kill you makes you stronger”.  The aim of this conference is to allow attendees to learn from one another’s experiences, good and bad, through a series of sessions and keynote speakers.

Our Director of Forensic Science, Professor Angela Gallop and Clive Driscoll, Retired Detective Chief Inspector of The Metropolitan Police Service, are presenting this morning’s Keynote Session: ‘Lessons from Stephen Lawrence’.

Dr Samantha Pickles, Head of our Animal Forensics Division, will be presenting tomorrow on ‘What’s killing them isn’t making us stronger’ where she talks about the links between animal and human abuse.
