Who is this Course for?
This course is designed for Crime Scene Managers or experienced Crime Scene Investigator (CSI) looking to undertake Crime Scene Management duties.

Course Aims:
- Provide an understanding of the role of the CSM and its relation to other key police roles.
- Develop the advanced skills of the CSMs, including major scene awareness and use of strategic decision-making tools.
- Final courtroom exercise to assess new and existing practical skills
- Teach the production of major crime logs, how to direct CSI staff on scenes and to deploy and manage forensic scientists.
