Body Fluids: Urine & Faeces - Forensic Science For Sexual Assaults and Rapes
In the detailed examinations of items of clothing, bedding, etc. and of intimate swabs taken from victims and suspects involved in cases of alleged sexual assault or rape, it may be necessary for the forensic scientist to search for, examine and anlyse urine and faecal stains.
The presence of faeces on penile swabs and or the inside front of a pair of underpants or trousers may be of evidential value in an alleged buggary case.
